Keith S. Dalton

Keith Dalton has over 25 years of experience as an Executive-Level Sales leader. Keith is typically hired to fix or build sales teams in both the federal or commercial markets.
Keith is the former U.S. sales director for the American Management Association (AMA), a $176 Million human capital management and non-profit organization. At the AMA, he had direct P&L responsibility for $125 Million in annual sales and developed and managed on-site relationships with large strategic clients including the US Army, DOD, DHS, GSA, Pitney Bowes, Home Depot and 420 of the FORTUNE 500 companies.
Prior to the AMA, Keith was the Global Vice President, Sales, Marketing and Public Sector for RWD Technologies, a $106 Million engineering consulting and software development firm specializing in performance improvement, organizational change management, and software solutions in the ERP and MRP marketplace. At RWD Technologies, he developed strategic relationships with SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Siebel, EDS, CSC, SAIC, BearingPoint, Accenture worldwide. RWD’s key clients included Chrysler, Schlumberger, Rio Tinto, multiple Fortune 500 clients and their Federal clients included the US Army, DHS, US Coast Guard, FBI and US Navy.
Keith was also a Director at Sony Corporation where he helped secure Sony’s largest Federal contract, a $56 Million award with the Defense Electronics and Supply Center. In 1991, he was awarded the prestigious Samurai Award from Sony for Top Sales Leadership. Prior to Sony, Keith was a Manager with EDS within the Automotive and Federal divisions.
Keith received his BBA in Finance from the College of William and Mary and is a member of the following groups:
